Guild Rules
Basic Rules:
- decisions are made democratically by majority voting.
- every guild member has equal voice weight but guild masters voice counts twice if voting was equal.
- inactive players are kicked out after 1 month
- members with 70% and more activity are automatically officers.
Play:
- every day is a play day expect Friday and Saturday depends on situation.
- every member MUST announce his availability for the evening play by messaging dedicated IRC bot, inactive players will be punished/kicked every Sunday.
- Members registered first have priority if places are tight.
- Officers have always higher priority than members.
- Training starts at 19:00 and players are expected to be on voice-com at 18:45.
- Games end 22:30 or sooner depending on player availability.
- Hosts are considered members during game play and have equal rights and advantages.
Members:
- every member MUST read forums regularly.
- every member MUST use IRC and report availability to NR|NecroBot.
- longtime unavailability must be reported week ahead and must not exceed 2 weeks or the player will be degraded to member.
- all members MUST be available on time for trainings.
- members with special roles MUST follow and report their duties.
- every member must follow rules for communication.
- has the right for and email account on necroraiders.net
- has the right to access every password protected resources (ftp, forum, private irc, etc.)
Guild Master and GM Substitute:
- is personally responsible for the smooth operation of the guild.
- has to keep all communication channels available (www, forum, irc).
- is responsible for organizing everyday trainings.
- is responsible for guild presentation and public relations.
- has to actively solve any conflicts with other guild or conflicts between members.
- has the right for double voice in case of undecided voting.
- Organizes and leads a Ventrillo meeting of players which evaluates the week and discusses:
- Inactive Players
- Site/Forum Updates
- Gameplan for the next week
- Possible Playtime adjustments
Special Roles:
Communication:
- NO spam, flame or unnecessary conflicts. This INCLUDES whisper communication.
- Thanking, joking and other conversation is allowed.
- Every request for contact has to be reported to the guild master.
- Tactic leader has the mayor voice during GvG, other players must be silent unless they report cruicial observations such as hexes, splits or any other important acticity. Absoluteny NO tacrics discussion during GvG!
- Quarrels are to be interrupted as soon as possible and GM has to start forum voting to decide the iniciator of the quarrel. Players who start more than three quarrels are demoted to members and denied to play GvG.
Availability rules:
- Availability counts only for training games.
- coming late (after 19:00) counts as unavailable.
- members not playing but ready to play are considered available.
- members with availability greater that 70% are automatically made officers.
- availability is evaluated every Sunday. Inactive players are automaticaly voted out of their active membership on Monday and Tuesday which in turn starts new substitute recruitment if successfull.
- players playing at least one season as officers are automatically "honorable members"
Honorable members:
- cannot be kicked out of guild for inactivity
- have always access to the guild protected content (private forum, irc channels etc.)
